Oh, this is a magical project – women's dance and meditation studio Luna Ester

❔ Our task: to make a stunning, magical, feminine Instagram profile, set the right mood and convey the energy of the founders of the studio.

🏄🏼 Action route:
— Deliberately moved away from color branding. The content gave preference to natural shades. And the gold glitter brought the magic.
— We found an interesting move in communication: we speak to women from the mysterious Luna Ester;
— We organize non-standard photo and video shooting of coaches, use the power of nature;
— The studio hosts themed events and sells gift certificates for dances and meditations;
— We set up advertising with the cost of the application from $1.4.

💭 Insights/ideas/experience:
The studio is actively advertised by influencers for free because this is a real place of female power.

Certificates sell well, better than regular subscriptions, especially on the eve of holidays. This lifehack works in all related areas.

❔ Task: to serve semifinished products so that every mother wants to buy them for her child, and the wife would like to cook for her husband.

— Created a brand strategy to separate the place from network competitors
— Created the image of a useful product not for an emergency, but for the normal diet of a busy modern person
— To dispel the myths about semifinished products, we transparently show raw materials, processes, and production personnel
— Launched advertising to attract a new audience, costing less than $1.2
— Targeting people who left contacts offline, with a reminder of a second visit to the store. Resale cost—$0.7

Official representative of the popular Greek shoe brand Elina Linardaki in Ukraine❔ Our task: to take the brand from 0 to sales throughout the country🏄🏼 Solution: — Logo and identity development; — Development of visual part and communications;— Made 50% of the content animated; — Setting up an ad with a record bid price of 45 cents and a $9 sale value for a $300 item; — And, of course, attracting bloggers and holding contests for an asset on the page.💭 Insights/ideas/experience:With beautiful packaging and the right advertising, you can sell premium shoes for $300, using ads which cost as little as 3% of shoes' value. When the average sale price of competitors with the same check is about $40!

Capital Clinic of Aesthetic Medicine «Rutkas»

❔ Task: to bringing the clinic and the personal brand of the chief surgeon online

🏄🏼 Solution:
— Filled in the account of the clinic and the separate account of the doctor;
— We showed the list of services, the results of operations, the team and its experience;
— We set up advertising and collect applications for $6 and $40 for a client ready for surgery (the cost of the operation is from $2500);
— We trained staff to process orders and to do sales quality control.

💭 Insights/ideas/experience:
Even if all staff do not understand the benefits of quality online sales and are not willing to spend time on it, we should constantly remind, that in this way we lose money on customers, who have been handled incorrectly.

Restaurant specializing in steaks, in the very center of the capital, its elite quarter—“Najivo”

❔ Our task: to attract guests to the restaurant

🏄🏼 Our route:
— Conducted photo shoot and received high-quality content
— We worked with advertising in the Novopecherski Lypky area

We understood the specifics, so covered a narrow audience for $1.2-1.7 per 1000 people. We showed ads to all residents of the elite area with a regularity of 4 times a month.
At the same time, we spent 3 times less budget than the cost of one billboard in the same area.

Do not come to meetings in Lypky by car, there is no place to park :) It is better to take a walk.

The "School Us" English language school has experienced a rebranding and therefore its social networks also required changes.
❔ Our task: to introduce new branding and bring new customers.
💭 Action route: — Changed visual style and communication; — Brought to market new products that were not at school; — Launched full-fledged online training and sale of online courses; — Online lesson application costs $6, client – $35. We consider that the life of the client exceeds 6 months – this is excellent.
💭 Insights/ideas/experience:
It is necessary to bring maximum goods to the market, since offline and online consumption is different. The more products, the higher the chance that one of the hypotheses will work. If the cost per client does not fall, we work on retention, service, product improvement and constant warming up.

A certain amount of time can pass between a technical opening and an official one, and this is completely normal. Keep this in mind when working with restaurants and creating a marketing plan.

The "MurMur" project was interesting because there was nothing: no name, no branding, no new models of shoes, except for the old Instagram page with a different name❔ Our task: to rebrand MurMur, to move from “ordinary goods” to more expensive presentation of the brand with its style, philosophy, and values. This was done to increase sales and product value.🏄🏼 What we did:— Developed a logo, new packaging for shoes and new business cards;— We took a photo shoot, to which we invited a model, stylist and high-level photographer;— We created a new design grid of Instagram posts;💭 Insights / ideas / experiences:By changing the visual and positioning, you can raise the price by 20-30% without increasing the cost of production.
